Groot Riding Rhino Beetle 24"x36" Acrylic on Canvas

This composition arose from me sitting in my room looking at my souveniers- one of them, a plastic Groot planter from Guanajuato, Mexico, and another, a glass rhino beetle from the Baandam Museum in Chiang Rai, Thailand. I decided they would be cute together in a painting, and this is the result. The image of Groot used is from an image found online however, as my planter he is just standing.
